Returns & Exchanges

All press-on nails and nail accessories are final sale due to hygiene and custom nature. We do not accept returns or refunds once orders are shipped.

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Include a photo of the issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement or offer store credit if the item is out of stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please double-check sizes before ordering, and save your packaging for reference if needed.
